An adept campaign hand, Justin served as Kay Hagan’s deputy manager, the NJ Democratic State Committee Executive Director and Congressman Bill Pascrell 's Campaign Manager during his improbable 2012 primary victory, to highlight just a few campaigns. Before entering politics in Harlem, Justin served as a public high school teacher in New York City. Justin originally hails from Philadelphia, PA, and now resides in Washington, DC, with his wife and two young children.
